I'm the Regional Manager and Dynamics 365 Business Central Practice Lead at Theta, where I lead a team of consultants, developers, architects, and project professionals based in Auckland, New Zealand.
With more than 25 years of experience delivering Microsoft ERP solutions, I've worked with organisations across manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, food production, retail, and professional services. My focus is on helping businesses modernise legacy systems and processes using Business Central, Azure, Power Platform, and emerging AI technologies.
Throughout my career, I've led large-scale Business Central implementations, cloud migrations, and business transformation programmes, primarily across New Zealand and Australia. Much of my work today focuses on solution architecture, manufacturing systems, integration design, and helping organisations modernise business-critical platforms while balancing innovation, resilience, and long-term maintainability.
