Behind the Build: Integrating Business Central Subscription Billing with D365 Sales & Power Pages
Join Crayon and Total CRM for a technical deep dive into a real-world implementation integrating Business Central Subscription Billing with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Pages to deliver an end-to-end membership solution.
Drawing on our hands-on experience, we'll take you behind the build — from solution design and architecture through to integration, data mapping and the processes required to bring these Microsoft technologies together.
This isn't a high-level product overview. Crayon and Total CRM will share the practical realities of the implementation — the decisions we made, challenges we encountered, what worked, what didn't, and what we'd do differently next time.
During the session, we'll explore:
- How Business Central Subscription Billing, D365 Sales and Power Pages were integrated
- The architecture and integration approach
- Key data flows and mappings across platforms
- Subscription and membership processes to consider upfront
- Integration hurdles and technical challenges
- The do's and don'ts we discovered
- Hidden gems and valuable capabilities
- Common traps and considerations
- Lessons learned and practical recommendations
You'll hear directly from the technical experts involved, with real-world insights you can apply to your own Business Central projects and customer conversations.
This will be an interactive, technical session, with plenty of opportunity to dig deeper and ask questions along the way.
