Being Customer Zero: leveraging AI as a Business Central Partner
Over the past year, we've been actively implementing AI inside our company .. using it on ourselves before bringing it to customers. In this session, I share what being Customer Zero currently looks like for a Business Central partner.
I'll walk through how we're introducing AI step by step across the company: setting up a Copilot & AI working group, rolling out GitHub Copilot across the development team with shared guidelines and tooling, and building internal AI agents to support reviews of blueprints, budgets, GAP analyses, and documentation.
You'll see how we're automating parts of our documentation flow, experimenting with BC-integrated agents and prototypes, and using telemetry and AI-driven insights to guide product and delivery decisions.
This is not a technical deep dive or a product demo. It's an honest snapshot of where we are today .. what's working, what wasn't, what isn't yet, and what's already changing in the way we work, collaborate, and act as a Business Central partner.
