Globalising ISVs

This global workshop explores how Independent Software Vendors can scale successfully into international markets. Designed for ISVs, founders, executives, investors and Microsoft ecosystem stakeholders, it provides a practical, partnership led framework for moving from domestic success to sustainable global growth.

Many ISVs struggle to expand despite strong products. Common barriers include overseas compliance, recruiting local talent, adapting solutions to regulatory requirements, and ineffective regional sales and marketing. Leadership focus can become diluted, while uncertainty around market size and return on investment delays progress.

The session examines how focused regional leadership, clear governance and disciplined go to market strategy accelerate traction and revenue. A central theme is Microsoft's role in enabling global success through its cloud platform, partner ecosystem and marketplace reach. Participants will gain practical insight into building local sales capacity, aligning product roadmaps to market feedback, and leveraging Microsoft collaboration to achieve scalable international growth.
