After quickly realizing the value of modern accounting systems and tools, he transitioned into a career in accounting-focused software sales. Throughout his career, he has honed his problem-solving skills from thousands of conversations with accounting and finance professionals regarding their various challenges with accounting, reporting, and budgeting. He joined FYIsoft largely because of their unique position as a modern, cloud-based replacement to Management Reporter, and the opportunity to help Microsoft's user base transition to Business Central with a powerful reporting solution. Chris received his Masters in Accounting from BYU and resides in Boise, Idaho where he loves skiing and mountain biking with his wife and three children.

When working with clients, he draws upon his years of experience in the FP&A space covering all Microsoft Dynamics-based ERPs as well as Sage, NetSuite, and other leading platforms to understand each client's unique business goals and ensure FYIsoft's solution is aligned with their success. Throughout his career, Prescott has journeyed through roles from customer support to technical integrations, giving him valuable insight into every touch point of the customer journey. Prescott earned his business degree from the University of Iowa and now enjoys working with clients from his home base in Southern California where he loves hiking and playing poker in his spare time.
