Cecilia Flombaum

Business Applications Ecosystem Lead

During a 24-year career with Microsoft, Cecilia earned a reputation for clarity of purpose and an unwavering focus on results. Ambitious goals, methodical planning, and effective execution are the hallmarks of her management philosophy. Cecilia’s leadership style emphasizes integrity, empathy, inclusiveness and accountability.

Cecilia spent 19 years with Microsoft Business Applications, culminating in a four-year stint as Global Ecosystem Lead. As a key member of the unit’s leadership team, she was responsible for growth of the core business through the development and health of the partner ecosystem. Among the functions she oversaw were ecosystem capacity planning, capability development and performance growth strategies, as well as field operations at global scale.

Levent Bakirci

Microsoft, SMB Sales Strategy

Levent is the SMB Sales Strategy Lead for Business Applications. Levent is responsible for defining the SMB segment sales strategy for Business Applications. Levent has been with Microsoft for 8 years and worked in different roles in Business Application group focusing on growing partner ecosystem.

Lotte Cordt Ihlemann

Principal Product Manager

Lotte Cordt Ihlemann is a Partner and Customer Success Manager and has been with Microsoft for more than 20 years. Over the years Lotte has been working in various global roles within marketing, product marketing, and partner enablement for Business Central and earlier Dynamics NAV and Dynamics AX. Currently driving Business Central global partner readiness and communication, Microsoft's community, event and content strategy at key SMB business application conferences, strategic alliance management and projects securing the customer base.
