In addition, she leads a business unit with over 600 cloud customers, combining commercial responsibility with a deep focus on customer satisfaction and high-quality delivery.
With a strong background in leadership, digital transformation, and customer-centric strategy, Dorthe is passionate about designing structured, scalable customer journeys that balance intelligent automation with meaningful human interaction. She brings extensive experience from both operational and advisory roles and is recognized for her ability to align business goals with real customer needs.
