Automating Standard Business Processes using Power Automate, Teams and Dynamics 365
In this session, I will show three common use cases for automation inside standard business processes, using Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Dynamics 365. I will also explain how these use cases can be translated to connect to other accounting and ERP systems using PA along with additional steps you can utilize with SharePoint as well.

Shannon has a deep understanding of the functional aspects of projects, process automation and system design, and the reporting needs and requirements for complex ERP systems. Shannon is a former controller and accountant and holds a master's degree in Accountancy.
She currently resides in Nashville, TN and is an experienced international speaker and teacher.
