Microsoft workshop: Extending Chat with your app's documentation
Want to reduce support calls, help users onboard faster, and eliminate those repeat questions based on your documentation? Copilot in Business Central allows users to self-serve and learn new skills by asking for explanations, or using the Ask Copilot button to learn about any field.
In this workshop ISV developers:
- Hands on experience how to extend Copilot and connect to your online content
- Learn best practices and how to verify that your content is Copilot-ready
IMPORTANT:
If you plan to extend chat using your own website's documentation, we recommend registering your site in Bing Webmaster Tools (https://www.bing.com/webmasters/about) before the workshop.
This will help get your content indexed by Bing search ahead of the conference. Since Copilot Chat inside Business Central relies on Bing search to retrieve your documentation, getting your site indexed is essential.
