From Acquisition to Activation: How ISVs can Drive Real Partner Adoption.
Attracting partners is one challenge - getting them to actively sell your solution is another. In this session, we explore how ISVs can bridge the gap between partner acquisition and partner adoption.
Drawing from in-progress academic research and hands-on experience at POS-ONE, the session shares early insights into why many partners stall after signing up, and what ISVs can do to support them beyond the onboarding email. We'll look at how clear, structured messaging and more intentional enablement processes can equip partners with the tools and confidence they need to position and sell effectively.
The content is grounded in both theory and real conversations with partners - what holds them back, what they say they actually need to feel ready to sell, and what motivates them to engage. Whether you're building your partner channel or trying to improve partner outcomes, you'll leave with practical ideas, honest lessons, and a stronger understanding of how to move from sign-up to sell-through.
