Field Service + Business Central - The new perfect couple, or are they?
Microsoft have recently released the Field Service Integration app with Business Central. Lets understand how Dynamics 365 Field Service works with Business Central out of the box in this introductory session. We'll find out if the perfect couple are getting their relationship started on the front foot, or, is there already trouble in paradise?
Field Service has been around for a number of years now with Microsoft, but it working with Business Central has always been a challenge due to no standard integration capabilities. But that has all changed.
This session is ideal for those who want to understand a bit more about how Field Service works at a high level, and ultimately how it will (and won't) work with Business Central out of the box, as well as where you can expect to still need some enhancements.
Basic understanding of the D365 Sales and Dataverse integration capability with Business Central will help for this session.
