Marcel Queralt RodrÃguez is VP of Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Development at Factorial, where he leads corporate strategy, investor relations, M&A, and strategic alliances to simplify and integrate HR management. In 2024, alongside Factorial's co-founders, he co-launched Itnig Capital, a VC fund supporting early-stage tech projects in Spain. Previously, he was Director of Product and Strategy at Impress, scaling teams and securing major funding, and held key roles at Vueling, driving transformation and growth. He holds an Executive MBA from IESE and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from UPC.
