Among the functions she oversaw were ecosystem capacity planning, capability development and performance growth strategies, as well as field operations at global scale.

Since joining Microsoft in 2008, he has helped shape the evolution of Dynamics 365 through both product innovation and direct engagement with enterprise customers. As the leader of the Dynamics 365 FastTrack program within Microsoft's product organization, Gokul oversees global customer success initiatives for Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Intelligent Order Management. He leads a worldwide team of Solution Architects focused on helping organizations successfully plan, deploy, and optimize their Dynamics 365 investments to accelerate business transformation and achieve lasting business value.
