His work spans the Supplier Communications Agent, Impact Analysis Agent, and Disruption Mitigation Agent — products that bring autonomous, AI-first capabilities to enterprise procurement and supply chain management.
Dennis began his career at the intersection of AI and enterprise software, applying constraint programming techniques to interactive product configuration. He went on to work in master planning and MRP, deepening his expertise in supply chain optimization within ERP systems.
In recent years, Dennis has been at the forefront of Microsoft's investment in AI agents for Dynamics 365 — contributing both as an individual contributor and as a people manager. He is passionate about building AI-first engineering teams and driving the cultural shift toward treating AI agents as first-class collaborators in the development process.
