Vjekoslav Babić (Vjeko) is a Business Central architect, developer, trainer, author and blogger with over three decades of IT experience, two of which have been spent in the Business Central ecosystem. His passion lies in web and mobile technologies, but deep down he's an incurable hacker who loves writing code and breaking things apart to see how they work. As a frequent conference speaker and blogger, Vjeko pushes the boundaries of what's possible, connecting Business Central with anything that can be plugged into it through obscure loopholes or undocumented interfaces, especially when they're not meant to be used that way. In his view, nothing is really meant for any particular purpose, and figuring out how to make things useful beyond their intended design is the meaning of life. She helps Microsoft partners grow by aligning neuroscience-driven buyer psychology with AI-era discoverability strategies including GEO. Her work focuses on unifying leadership, sales, delivery, and marketing into one clear story that AI can interpret and buyers can trust, improving visibility, conversion, and long-term authority in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Tharanga Chandrasekara is a Microsoft MVP in Business Applications and Co-founder and Head of Technology at Equerra, a Microsoft partner specialising in Business Central solutions, integrations, and AI-enabled products. With deep expertise in AL development, Azure Integration Services, and modern ERP architecture, he brings both hands-on technical depth and a genuine passion for pushing the boundaries of what Business Central can do. Since 2016, Tharanga has been recognised with the Microsoft MVP award for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Tharanga is a regular face on the international conference circuit, having spoken at BC TechDays, Directions ASIA, and Directions EMEA. He is also the co-organiser of the Auckland D365 Business Central User Group and Directions ANZ, where he plays an active role in growing and connecting the Business Central community across the Asia-Pacific region.

Tomas is Microsoft MVP for Business Applications. He has been working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central since his university days. He began his journey as a NAV developer and quickly transitioned to a lead role. For the past few years, he has been guiding new developers in understanding both C/AL and AL languages and core Business Central processes. Tomas is passionate about working with data using modern D365 products and is a huge fan of BC open-source programs. With over 20 years of experience, he is recognized for turning ideas into real-world AI solutions — from copilots to autonomous agents. Dmitry focuses on bringing human and machine intelligence together to create agents that understand, analyze, and act inside Business Central. A frequent speaker at Directions, BC TechDays, and global AI events, he continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible when AI meets enterprise systems.

Arend-Jan Kauffmann is CTO at Lumos 365 Ltd., a UK-based partner with a Business Central solution for the energy sector. With over 20 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central and 30 years of experience in the IT industry, he has a solid track record in this business. With a strong focus on architecture, design and integration, he worked in different roles and with a broad range of technologies and platforms, including C/SIDE & VS Code development, C/AL and AL, Microsoft .Net, Microsoft Azure and Office 365. He strongly believes that knowledge increases by sharing it, not by saving it. By delivering workshops and being a frequent speaker at conferences, he can put this into practice. With more than 23 years of experience at Microsoft, where he played a key role in shaping the Business Central developer ecosystem. After leaving Microsoft, Freddy founded Freddy.DK ApS, where he now helps partners and customers adopt new technologies including AL-Go for GitHub, AI, and no-code platforms such as Lovable, with a strong focus on practical implementation. Freddy works for Directions For Partners, responsible for the technical content for Directions EMEA, Directions Asia, and Days of Knowledge events. He is also a frequent host of webinars and the gatekeeper and maintainer of the Cloud Customer Management solution on GitHub. Milan Milincevic is a Microsoft MVP and Tech Lead for Business Central at BDO Norway. He began his career as a .NET developer before discovering Dynamics NAV, which quickly became his main professional passion. With 7 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central, Milan focuses on building teams, shaping best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions. He is an active conference speaker and one of the organizers of the BizSource User Group in Croatia, contributing to the growth of the Business Central community. Shannon Mullins is the CEO and founder of a BC Consulting Group and a Microsoft MVP of Business Applications. She has over 20 years' experience across a wide variety of disciplines and products, including accounting, information technology, professional services, insurance, healthcare, mortgage lending, distribution, manufacturing, project management and deployment and implementation of CRM and ERP systems. Shannon has a deep understanding of the functional aspects of projects, process automation and system design, and the reporting needs and requirements for complex ERP systems. Gomathi is a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) Community Lead, and Microsoft Learn Expert with deep expertise in data analytics, AI-driven solutions, and business applications. She holds 10+ Microsoft certifications, including Data Analyst Associate and Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. Tine Staric is a strategist at Companial, helping Partners around the world develop products of the highest quality. He has been a Dynamics BC developer since 2015, working with end-customers, VARs, and ISVs, delivering support, implementation, localization, and product projects. He leads most developer productivity initiatives at Companial, and is constantly looking for opportunities to eliminate monotonous developer tasks by using modern tools and automation to make room for creative, fun, and high-value development.

Marko Totovic is a Microsoft MVP for business applications. He currently works as a PTS for Customer Engagement & Power Platform at Companial as well as a freelancer for many global Dynamics partners. He is a frequent speaker at many global (Directions, Summit, Days of Knowledge, BCTechDays...) and regional conferences. He is also a Lead in the UserGroup BizSource.

Abhilekh Verma is a founder, mentor and technical coach who has had a decade of experience in the IT industry working with Sales Teams and Corporate Training Roles. He was a corporate trainer at KPMG Gurugram and KPMG Hyderabad before jumping on the wagon of Entrepreneurship. He is a mentor at Startupbootcamp, Wadhwani Foundation and runs Microsoft Azure Developer Community, ADP List, Omdena for Hyderabad. He is also a mentor at IIT Guwahati and Microsoft for Founders Hub. He is Microsoft MVP in AI.

Eric “waldo” Wauters Eric is one of the founding partners of iFacto Business Solutions and Dynex bv. With his 21 years of technical expertise, he is an everyday inspiration to its development teams.  As development manager he continually acts upon the technical readiness of iFacto and Dynex.     Apart from that, Eric is also very active in BC community, where he tries to solve technical issues and shares his knowledge with other Dynamics enthusiasts. Surely, a lot amongst you will have read some of Eric’s posts, which he invariably signs with “waldo”. Lots of people have been using and even contributing to tools he shares for free on github. His proven track record entitled him to be awarded since 2007 as MVP (Microsoft Most Valuable Professional).

Ryohei Yoshijima is a Microsoft Regional Director (2020–2026) and Microsoft MVP for Business Applications (2015–2026). With more than 25 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP (NAV/AX), Ryo has participated in international projects across Japan and 35 other countries, traveling the equivalent of circling the globe nearly 90 times. He remains actively involved in multiple global initiatives. Since 2018, his work has focused on ERP and CRM integration, low-code development, and the Microsoft Power Platform. He also contributes articles to Japanese IT media and serves on the executive committee of the Global IT Community.
