David Gersten has 25+ years of experience in Business Process Solutions including Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management solutions. As a Senior Manager, Emerging Ecosystems, David is responsible for building and managing relationships with Microsoft, Acumatica and Sage Intacct, both direct and through our VAR channels, while identifying and strategizing on future markets for Paystand to consider expanding into.
David brings to Paystand 14+ years of expertise managing sales, marketing, ISV and strategic relationships in the ERP VAR channel.
He is currently a Past-President of the Southern California (SoCal) chapter and a Past-Vice President of the Americas of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP). David also participated on the Partner Engagement Board for Microsoft's Worldwide Partner Conference and is highly active in Dynamics User Group communities. He is an Alumni on the Advisory Task Force of Voices for Innovation, focusing on data privacy, payments, fraud, and PCI Compliance.
David has presented at many community events, including DirectionsNA, DynamicsCon, Community Summit, Microsoft Inspire, and other conferences.

With over 20 years in accounting, ERP systems, and Microsoft Dynamics, Kristen Hosman created Mount Evans Consulting to create accounting systems that fit each small business perfectly.
Kristen is a schooled accountant with a diverse background of accounting experience and brings these experiences and knowledge in working with small businesses to provide the solutions to fit their unique accounting needs. In addition, she is extensively involved in the Microsoft Dynamics community and regularly offers her valuable knowledge in open forums, interviews, and conference appearances. Wade Tetsuka

Wade is a CPA who brings 20 years of financial expertise and business management experience to U.S. Transactions Corp. Wade also has an extensive network of contacts within the government contracting arena.
He was previously with Ernst & Young in San Francisco and later PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Stuttgart, Germany where he was senior engagement manger responsible for the assurance work for IBM, Kodak, Sony Europe, and several other multinational companies.
He also served as President/General Manager to three early-stage fast growth companies in the life sciences industry. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business with a B.S. in Economics.
