Business Central & Sales integration with Copilot Studio
In this dynamic workshop, participants will collaboratively focus on designing and implementing a streamlined end-to-end sales process using Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies, with a particular emphasis on optimizing data synchronization between Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central. The workshop's key components such as Copilot Studio, Adaptive Cards, Power Automate, and auto lead generation in Dynamics 365 Sales, are all seamlessly integrated with the sales process through Business Central. Attendees will engage in hands-on activities, discussions, and testing to contribute to creating a seamless sales workflow. The agenda covers planning, technical setup, and the implementation of Copilot Studio to effectively interface with Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central, especially on the Power Pages website. The overarching goal is to empower participants to actively shape and refine this user-friendly solution, promoting innovation and collaboration within the team.
