Graeme Crouch is a Power Platform enthusiast who has worked with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform since 2012, beginning his career as a Systems Analyst consultant on a CRM 2011 implementation. Graeme has since worked with public and private sector clients across North America and Europe in a number of industries including Healthcare, Regulation, Education, Manufacturing, and Sales. Graeme is currently the Director of Power Platform Consulting with TruNorth Dynamics based in Colorado, USA.

Before becoming a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant 9 years ago, Michelle worked as an end user within Dynamics GP. Over the last several years, Michelle has focused on Dynamics 365 Business Central - from the program's inception as Project Madera to current day BC. She now works as a Solution Architect, designing implementations revolving around Business Central and its' ISVs and customizations and as the Director of ERP, overseeing both the Dynamics GP and Dynamics BC teams. As of 2021, Michelle is a Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant.
