Days of Knowledge is a Directions for Partners event focused on educating consultants and developers, sharing knowledge, and upgrading Business Central professionals to enable quality customer solutions. Training and acquiring knowledge are the magic words at Days of Knowledge.
This session will walk through the setups required for a successful Service Management implementation. After covering the basics, we will walk through setting up regular service orders, service contracts and service contract service orders. As an added bonus, we will show how call takers can quickly setup service orders for requesters who are not in Business Central.
