Erik Hougaard

Microsoft MVP and host of the AL Youtube Channel

Being part of the Microsoft Dynamics community since 1990, Erik Hougaard has worked with every version and visited all corners of the system. He has worked with NAV for the biggest companies in Denmark and across numerous industries. He is a Managing Partner in EFOQUS, a Canadian Microsoft Partner developing products and solutions with Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Erik is an active community contributor passionate about sharing his deep technical knowledge, and he has been awarded a Microsoft MVP Award for his Dynamics NAV contributions every year since 2014. He is a sought-after speaker at conferences and has been blogging about Dynamics since 2013. In 2019 he wrote the BUSINESS CENTRAL FIELD GUIDE to help customers understand the system, with or without external help. In 2020 he added a YouTube channel publishing weekly videos with hacks and insights for Microsoft 365 Business Central programming.

Kristen Hosman

With over 20 years in accounting, ERP systems, and Microsoft Dynamics, Kristen Hosman created Mount Evans Consulting to create accounting systems that fit each small business perfectly.

Kristen is a schooled accountant with a diverse background of accounting experience and brings these experiences and knowledge in working with small businesses to provide the solutions to fit their unique accounting needs. In addition, she is extensively involved in the Microsoft Dynamics community and regularly offers her valuable knowledge in open forums, interviews, and conference appearances.

Kristen serves on the advisory committee for Dynamics User Group (DUG). Her services and experience have earned her a renowned name, four consecutive GPUG All-Star nominations, a Granite Award, and Dynamics 365 All Star Award nomination. Kristen has also been recognized as a Microsoft MVP four years in a row, a recognition reserved for top technology experts who passionately share their knowledge with the community. As a Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant, she demonstrates a high level of domain expertise and can tackle even the most challenging projects.
