Overview of Service Management Module in Business Central

In this session, I will look at the Service Management module in Business Central. I will explain the main processes and functions available in the module. Also, I will discuss when it makes sense to use this module and when it might not be the best choice. Additionally, I will share some examples of useful modifications that can improve the module for different business needs.

Since Microsoft has been adding new functionalities to the Service Management module in recent releases, it is a good opportunity to refresh your knowledge and stay updated. This session is prepared for consultants who want to learn more about the module and how to apply it in their projects.
