Who is managing the ERP-Project? - A controversial discussion
Of course, you, as a partner, say, “I do it! I deliver the best product for the customer! I have a lot of experience that the customer doesn't have. The customer can't manage the project.”
Most projects start with this attitude, and a lot of projects struggle with this attitude.
In a disputation, we carve out whether a customer project manager is needed or whether it can be one common project manager. Furthermore, we would like to answer the questions about which tasks and skills are expected or required for project management on the customer and partner sides.
New roles, duties, and responsibilities must be established to foster better projects to get customer satisfactions and, in the long run, better relationships between you as a partner and your custom-ers.

Stefan G. Gfrörer
Interim Manager @ gfr-Digitalmanagement
After a career in IT- and project management Stefan is now an independent interim manager helping customers to bridge the lack of internal management capacity; either as a program and project manager or as part of the internal management team, e.g. as head of IT or similiar.
Stefan knows the classical project management methods like PMbook as well as he is a big friend and early adopter of agile. But he knows that the most important success factor of a project is the human being working together to solve a mutual problem.
