Directions EMEA is the "Go To" place where Dynamics partners share the future. It's the preferred global community for collaborating and learning from Microsoft, MVPs, ISVs, VARs and their peers. The focus is on helping the SMB market unlock its full potential in technical, business development and strategy with ERP, CRM, and Cloud solutions, including the Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Azure.

Welcome to the Jungle (of Licensing)
In my session i want to give you a brief overview of Microsoft Licensing
The main focus will be Dynamics, but we will also touch on Azure, M365 and Server Licensing.
As we all know, the licensing per product is not that hard, but the art is in knowing the best way to license a combination of several products.
I want to help you with that and make your lives a little easier.
In addition, we will give a brief recap of the changes that happened in October 2024 and what will change from April 2025.
After the presentation, we will have some time for your questions.

Milena has been with Companial since 2021. She gained experience about on-premises licensing and operations during her time in the Microsoft EMEA Operations Center. Since joining the Partner Care team, her knowledge has grown to cover CSP licensing and she has become the main contact for any advice on licensing and operational questions for our partners in the DACH region.
