Elena is a tech leader with 20 years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, including 9 years at Microsoft. In 2013, she founded 365 Talent Portal, a company that provides comprehensive people services within the Microsoft Dynamics channel, specialising in finding, training, and developing talent. Today, the company supports over 1,000 Microsoft businesses in growing and upskilling their people and leadership.
Elena is an active and influential member of the global Microsoft community. She serves as the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) EMEA President, International Vice President, and leads the Global Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Since 2010 he is engaged in the IAMCP (International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners) and now is treasurer of the German, EMEA and worldwide IAMCP. Klaus is passionate about bringing people together so that everybody can deliver better solutions to customers.
