Highly inspired by Shakespeare's Hamlet, and in the realm of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, the question arises: to use Copilot's prompting or not? It's essential to recognize that the true value and productivity for an end user don't solely hinge on prompting. Instead, the user experience should be designed to align with each individual's role and tasks. Copilot stands ready to assist, but only when it's logical and beneficial.
The worst-case scenario would be to let Business Central users navigate their entire day through prompts alone.
By integrating Copilot sensibly in the User Experience you can ensure that it serves as a tool for efficiency, not a crutch for complacency.
In this UX design session you will get refreshed and inspired about the UI parts in Business Central and how to put the user in focus. Copilot can potentially add extra value to the Business Central user experience or across other relevant Microsoft tools provided to the users.

I am also holding a strong background working in the Microsoft Dynamics partner channel, establishing businesses in Europe for international ISVs and Global distributors.
