Future-Ready Consultants - Strengthening Bonds with Customers While Bridging Talent Gaps
Overview: Join Riccardo and me as we explore innovative strategies for training the next generation of consultants. Microsoft Talent Program: We'll explore how this program has benefited all stakeholders, showcasing its impact.
Case Study - Riccardo's Journey: Our first graduate trainee, Riccardo, will share his personal experience, detailing his journey, expectations, and benefits.

Riccardo Sausa
Support Consultant, 4PS Construction Solutions Ltd
Riccardo Sausa joined 4PS in January 2023, after graduating from Birmingham City University with a degree in Business Management. This is his first role using a Microsoft product, Dynamics 365 Business Central.
As a Support Consultant, Riccardo is responsible for supporting 4PS customers through the resolution of tickets/issues and responding to their queries.
Riccardo works closely with a major 4PS customer, Altrad, and his role is to be a main point of communication between the two companies. He is the first 4PS graduate trainee to work specifically in partnership with a client company.
Riccardo has benefitted from participating in the Microsoft Talent Program which has enabled him to build and strengthen his skillset. Through the program, he has become confident to embrace challenges and work collaboratively and efficiently with customers. Achieving customer satisfaction, through building strong relationships and communicating effectively, is at the heart of his work.
Val Clarke
Operations Director, 4PS Construction Solutions Ltd
Val Clarke has over a decade of experience in the software industry and has been with 4PS for seven years. As Operations Director, Val is responsible for overseeing the daily business operations and overall customer satisfaction, evaluating efficiency and performance, developing and implementing strategies for growth, employee recruitment and development and general business improvements.
With strong people management and strategic planning skills, Val is passionate about ensuring that 4PS offers the best possible outcomes for customers and employees. The 4PS core values are fully embedded into her approach to running the business - Val consistently and continuously encourages everyone in the team to follow their heart, learn more and innovate. Fostering this positive culture keeps the whole team developing and improving while delivering real quality and value to 4PS customers in a forward-thinking and supportive environment.
