Building a PVA-SharePoint Integration with Copilot Studio
Copilot Studio is a powerful tool that can help you create conversational experiences with ease. It provides a simple, intuitive interface for designing and testing your chatbots. With Copilot Studio, you can create custom topics, add natural language understanding, and integrate with other Microsoft services like SharePoint and Power Automate. In this session, I will demonstrate how to create Power Virtual Agent topics with a complete process flow using CoPilot Studio and show how they can interact with humans to submit data to SharePoint. I will also cover the steps to automate a business process using Power Automate. This session is ideal for beginners to Microsoft 365 who want to learn how to interact with a bot to automate a business process.
