Let's build my own secretary (AI Agent) _Part2
Managing projects, including budgeting, Outlook scheduling, timesheet registration, and analyzing deviations from budget in the project module of Dynamics 365 Business Central, can be very time-consuming for consultants and project managers in the field.
However, projects are often delayed for several reasons, forcing rescheduling.
This session will include live coding to build an agent (my own secretary) to assist such busy project members and sales assistants in managing their daily schedules and sales assistants by using Dynamics 365 Business Central, Outlook, PowerPlatform, Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
In Part 1, we will build an agent (secretary) to assist with project rescheduling.
In Part 2, we will build an agent (secretary) to assist with expense reimbursement, purchase processing for subcontractors (vendors), and invoicing for customers.

After gaining 5 years of experience in creative roles such as Web Director, Video Director, and Sign Designer, I transitioned to a career as a System Engineer. For 15 years, I was a key member of system renovation and business improvement projects in the financial industry. Later, I co-founded own company where I was involved in proposing business improvements and education for various industries. Believing that the development of an internal community is the key to business improvement, I established BizOptimars,Inc. in November 2023, a company that boosts in-house production based on an internal community. I'm currently providing various supports aimed at the development of Japanese companies, mainly in the manufacturing industry in the Kansai region.
