Streamlining Invoice Processing with AI Builder and Dynamics 365

14:30 - 15:15 Silver Pearl 3 Back to event schedule

Automate accounts payable with AI Builder and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. In this session, we'll explore how AI Builder's form processing capabilities can help you quickly and accurately extract key information from supplier invoices and seamlessly integrate that data into Business Central. Attendees will learn how easy it can be to train an AI model to read invoices, understand the steps to set up an automated invoice processing workflow, and see a demonstration of the AI Builder connector that synchronizes invoice data with Business Central in real time. If your organization receives a high volume of printed or scanned invoices, this session will showcase how AI can minimize manual data entry and accelerate your AP processes.

Learning Objectives:

1) Understand how to train an AI model using the point-and-click interface in AI Builder to extract fields from supplier invoices

2) Learn how to set up a workflow in Power Automate that calls the AI model to process invoices and integrate the extracted data into Business Central via the AI Builder connector

3) See a demo of the AI Builder invoice processing model in action and how it automatically synchronizes with vendor records, item ledger entries, and new invoices in Business Central
