Justin Ross
Director, Partner Marketing - Americas Business Applications
Justin leads the Biz Apps Partner Marketing team for Americas region. He is responsible for accelerating partner growth and customer acquisition across all partner types in Americas SMC segment (SMB & Corporate). Justin has held several roles at Microsoft across partner marketing, programs, and capacity & enablement after starting in the US Dynamics partner team. Prior to Microsoft, he worked in corporate M&A and equity research, and earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Based in Toronto, Nour Ali leads the Go-To-Market strategy for Microsoft's Business Applications, targeting over 34 million small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across North America. With a focus on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, she looks to drive digital transformation and business growth for SMB customers.
