Dos and Don'ts for Business Negotiation: From Personal Skill to Organizational Excellence

15:00 - 15:45 Salon Pasteur Back to event schedule

Extending beyond selling, effective negotiation skills have a direct impact on a business’s bottom line. Despite this, negotiation skills are often seen as an individual attribute, rather than a collective organizational strength. By enhancing negotiation skills across the company, from specialized professionals to leaders, businesses can elevate their success. Join the session for negotiation dos and don’ts to become a business that negotiates with expertise, and not on autopilot. The session will feature a guest, Johan Adenmark, the CEO of NAB Solutions, who will share insights on strengthening negotiation skills across his organization.
