The rapid developments in AI have made their way to ClickLearn. As a result, we are happy to introduce the Dynamics Community to our new User Experience Panel. The User Experience Panel will allow end-users to search and learn about any topic or processes within their organization, taking Digital Adoption to the next level. Powering ClickLearn's User Experience Panel is a Closed Loop Chat functionality. Similar to Chat GPT, users can ask and receive answers to their many questions with the added security benefit of competitors not being able to see what has been asked. For users new or returning to their business systems needing to learn what is new within the system is key. Going forward, ClickLearn has the ability to alert users what is new in their system and what is new in a process. Customer knowledge is at the core of our operations, and harnessing information from outside of ClickLearn is now a reality. By opening ClickLearn up to external assets, users can now search through their knowledge hubs and find the information they need when they need it.
