Copilot Agents with BC data: Should you use Action Connectors, Power Automate Flows or Dataverse?
Welcome to the first of its kind deep dive session on the different ways you can connect Business Central data into Copilot Studio-built Agents. We will cover each of the three approaches: Connectors (Actions), Power Automate Flows, and Dataverse, and go into the pros and cons of each path. We will also cover best practices, authentication and security, as well as limitations of Copilot Studio when working with BC data, and cover how you can make your own Autonomous Agents similar to BC's Sales Order Agents to automate business processes.
