How to use telemetry to improve your product
In this session, I'll dive into the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development world from a completely different angle than I'm used to: Telemetry.
Telemetry isn't just a buzzword. It can be key to optimize your product's performance, and even user experience.
I will cover following key points:
- Getting started with Telemetry. You'll see how easy it is to set up, and use the basics of it.
- Developer's best friend: find out why telemetry is invaluable for developers, making their work more efficient. Sometimes, it's simply good practice to "search for problems" in stead of let problems come to you. Telemetry can do that for you!
- Telemetry for Product Excellence. Quite aligned with the previous point - let's see how we can use telemetry to improve the product, gain insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Unlock Telemetry's potential with Pro Tips: I'll talk about some options for making the most of telemetry data. With tips and tricks on how to focus on the points you really want to focus to. I'll make KQL easy for you (well, I'll try 🤪)
You'll leave this session with an ability to never run out of work again (and I mean that in the most positive way). An ability to a never-ending improvement to your product, to make it the most shining gem it can be.
