Over the past 10 years, the business values of Microsoft partners have seen a significant increase. But what's driving this growth? Is it the interest rate landscape, the escalating importance of IT, the vendor's strength, or the competitive M&A environment? Or could it be that we're all simply exceptional managers? This presentation begins with a concise introduction to corporate values. Then, drawing from a comprehensive scientific study, it delves into the measures and strategies that truly build value. We'll assess the growth of more than 2,500 companies in relation to each other, identifying the key drivers of corporate value that we, as managers, can leverage. Along the way, we'll discern which catalysts for change are most effective in creating value and discuss strategies for positioning our companies optimally for the future.

Alexander Eck has been an active part of the Microsoft partner ecosystem since 1999, when he founded his company eCONNEX AG with a focus on 365 Customer Sales, Marketing and Service. eCONNEX developed into the leading service providers in DACH and implemented global projects with a focus on the high-tech industry before it was successfully sold to Avanade, a subsidiary of Accenture, in 2011.

For IAMCP Germany, the Alex leads the BusinessCircle M&A and co-hosts the BusinessCircle Strategy. Since 2016, Alex and his organization northwise have been supporting shareholders and CEOs in software and technology companies to sell their companies when the time is right.
