Gerdien Cammeraat has 25 years of experience in the software industry of which 20 years in the Dynamics community. She has been responsible for product development teams in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and the other Dynamics products. She is a coaching leader and has a passion for customer centric innovations. In her current role as Services Director at Ciellos, a Microsoft ISV Development Center, she is responsible for the overall delivery of the different service lines and ensuring high customer solution satisfaction. Directions EMEA has a special place in her heart as she was heavily involved in getting the first two editions in Paris and Barcelona to roll.
