Implementing Business Central in the USA – What You Need to Know to Be Successful!
Organizations with operations in Europe and North America are increasingly common. When you are presented with one of these opportunities, are you prepared to respond and win the deal? In this session we will review the many issues you need to understand to be successful. Topics include cultural differences, tenants and environments, CSP licensing, cloud vs on premise preferences, starting from scratch vs using a global core model, taxation differences, US tax service providers, financial reporting requirements and how to best address ongoing support requirements.

George Delp has over 30 years of experience as a CPA and selling ERP/CRM solutions. He spent the 90s with a Big 6 accounting firm, advising clients on accounting information technology issues. Starting in the 2000s, George moved to full-time sales roles which have led to his current position at US based Stoneridge Software where he leads industry focused manufacturing related sales efforts. Many of his recent US based projects have been multi-national, with his clients having operations in Canada, El Salvador, France, Germany, India, Italy, The Netherlands, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
George Delp

Senior Engagement Manager
Heike Peters has over 30 years of experience in the ERP space. Originally from Germany Heike spent the first part of her career implementing ERP solutions across Europe. Since relocating to the United States Heike continued her work with multi-national organizations and helping them collaborate across functional and cultural lines. As an engagement manager at Stoneridge Software Heike is responsible to ensure Business Central implementation clients have a good experience and a successful project outcome.
