Directions EMEA is the "Go To" place where Dynamics partners share the future. It's the preferred global community for collaborating and learning from Microsoft, MVPs, ISVs, VARs and their peers. The focus is on helping the SMB market unlock its full potential in technical, business development and strategy with ERP, CRM, and Cloud solutions, including the Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Azure.

Elena is a tech leader with 19 years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics field, spending 9 of those years working directly at Microsoft. In 2013, she started 365 Talent Portal, a company that guides Microsoft Dynamics partners to success by offering innovative and friendly hiring and training services. They help more than 1,000 Microsoft businesses grow and upskill their talent. Elena is really active in the global Microsoft community. She's the IAMCP EMEA President, International Vice-President and also leads the Global Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She's really passionate about diversity and inclusion, not just gender related but also covering race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, (dis)ability, neurodiversity, age, education, religion, social background, and even personality. Elena takes the lead on projects to drive awareness of the benefits of inclusive leadership and share best practices from the Microsoft community.

Since 2010 he is engaged in the IAMCP (International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners) and now is treasurer of the German, EMEA and worldwide IAMCP. Klaus is passionate about bringing people together so that everybody can deliver better solutions to customers.
