Offer you customers a service which: -Ensures your customers go through release cycles as smoothly as possible -Offers other services to ensure they are receiving maximum benefit from their Business Central system -Is cost effective with no surprise charges -Offers you a new recurring revenue stream -Avoids high development and administrative costs for you A few years ago, we identified that small, regular releases to our customer’s Business Central systems was in many ways hugely beneficial, but also potentially massively disruptive. We launched a new service to allow the customer to relax whilst we take care of their system. It will be monitored and maintained, taking away the day-to-day stress of keeping their system up to date. It assists them with keeping all their users up to date with new features and ensures that any customisations or integrations continue to operate with any changes in the base system. They have the security of knowing we are keeping watch to avoid unnecessary charges and to keep everything nice and tidy! We understand that not everyone has the resources (or the expertise) to maintain their own system so we can step in and do this for a monthly fee. In this session I will use our experiences to talk you through what you can offer to your customers, why they should have it, what resources and systems you will need on place to do it in a scalable, cost-effective way, and how to price your service so that it works for both you and your customers.
