GDAP has been around for a year now, but has only been mandatory since July, and you can no longer request DAP Rights. We will provide a brief recap on how to set it up, and what to do if the default roles are not sufficient for what Partners intend to do on the customer's tenant. We will dive into the most common roles to give an overview on what can be done whith which role. In the Operations Sessions we will present the most recent changes and best approaches for NCE in general and especially Non Profit, including how and when to switch and the easiest way to complete the process. We'll take the perspective of both Direct and CSP Reseller.
