Strategies to make us prepared for the future
Our world is changing rapidly, and it is necessary to review our proven strategies to make sure we are prepared for the future. How do we organize our business models to adapt to the many changes? - The shift in technology and customers mindset towards cloud. - AppSource as a selling platform with direct customer translatability - Decreasing license margins - and a strong focus on recurring revenue - ISV's becoming VARs and vice versa. In this session I will share the thought processes we have been through and what our strategy for the future looks like now - after 25+ years as a traditional ISV.
