AJ is a recovering consultant with 16 years of experience working with Business Central and its predecessor NAV and a Microsoft MVP since 2018. He is a prolific public speaker and has been presenting sessions on Business Central, Power BI, sales and leadership topics at Partner and User-Group conferences since 2012. Before joining DSWi as a Partner and COO in 2018, he served as a practice leader, presales specialist and product evangelist at well-known NAV partners in North America. AJ is a member of the Business Journals Leadership Trust and a recipient of multiple accolades, most notably the BCUG / NAVUG All-Star, the Community Summit Legends Award and the Directions North America Under 40 Excellence awards.

Vjekoslav Babić, or just Vjeko as he prefers to go by in the community in a vain attempt to simplify his absurd Slavic name, is a Business Central architect, developer, trainer, author and blogger. With more than two decades of experience in the IT, he worked with vast range of technologies, but his passion has always been anything that had to do with the web and mobile worlds. Deep down, Vjeko is an incurable hacker who took quite a long time to realize that the one thing he really loves is writing code, plain and simple. He immensely enjoys breaking things apart to see how they work, not necessarily always putting them back together. As a frequent speaker at conferences, in his demos, and on his blog, he is always pushing the boundaries of what's possible, connecting the world of Business Central with just about anything that can be plugged into it through some obscure loophole or undocumented interface, especially if they are not meant to be used that way. In Vjeko's view, nothing is really meant to be used in any particular way and figuring out how to make things useful beyond their intended purpose is the meaning of life, in a way. I have been working in controlling and process consulting for almost 20 years. In recent years, I have also been able to gain a lot of experience in BI. As an auditor and tax consultant, I have a slightly different perspective on data than many IT consultants, but I am convinced that combining commercial and IT/ERP knowledge can produce solutions that no one had thought of before.

Born and raised in Germany. Primarily worked in the mandatory health insurance sector in Germany. Moved to Denmark in 2009 and worked there in various industries. Worked with different versions of Microsoft NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central. Many years served as a super user. Specialized in B2B integrations and business processes, particularly sales, purchase and warehouse.

Paul Britzke has been with Dynamicweb for the past 6 years, where he has focused on eCommerce, PIM, CMS, and marketing solutions. As the Country Manager for Dynamicweb DACH, Paul has opened the DACH office in September 2022 and laid the foundations by expanding the partner network among Microsoft Dynamics partners. He is now helping medium to large-sized businesses in the DACH region optimize their digital strategies and achieve greater success with tailored digital solutions.

Lars has been with DynamicWeb for nearly two years, focusing on demonstrating the possibilities of the DynamicWeb solution to partners and customers. With over a decade of experience in digitalizing commerce and product data processes, he brings significant expertise in technology-enabled digital transformation, helping organizations optimize their digital strategies.

Since 1998 working with Navision, Dynamics NAV, and now with Business Central and Power Platform. I worked as an end-user, consultant, and developer in different companies and partners. Fabian Huber is Senior Technical Evangelist at dox42. He is responsible for Sales and Partner management. He presents dox42 to customers and partners at various events, international conferences, and online meetings. Additionally, he is the product manager for dox42 in Business Central. He has built in-depth knowledge and project know-how on process optimization and document automation for various technologies (Microsoft SharePoint, MS Office, Dynamics 365, SAP, etc.). Arend-Jan Kauffmann is CTO at Lumos 365 Ltd., a UK-based partner with a Business Central solution for the energy sector. With over 20 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central and 30 years of experience in the IT industry, he has a solid track record in this business. With a strong focus on architecture, design and integration, he worked in different roles and with a broad range of technologies and platforms, including C/SIDE & VS Code development, C/AL and AL, Microsoft .Net, Microsoft Azure and Office 365. He strongly believes that knowledge increases by sharing it, not by saving it. By delivering workshops and being a frequent speaker at conferences, he can put this into practice. Since 2013 Arend-Jan is awarded as Microsoft MVP Business Solutions.

I have been involved in the development of enterprise resource planning systems and the evaluation of operational data since 1995. Since 1999 I am self-employed and since 2003 shareholder and managing director of datenkultur GmbH. Starting in 2006, I was instrumental in establishing the Jet Reports product in the German market. In the following years I extended my knowledge to Dynamics, data warehouse, analysis services and Power BI. I always keep my knowledge up to date on these topics. I regularly publish articles on these topics and am often invited as a speaker.

My first touch with Microsoft's ERP was in year 2005, when I have an opportunity deploing Microsoft Business Solutions - Navision 4.0 :). Through many years I was expiriencing ERP in different roles: presales, functional consultant, solution architect, CAL developer, Sales, and finally CEO :). So now I am here with something what lovely extends Business Central - Power Apps.

For the past year, Jozo has been an integral part of the insightsoftware team, where he serves as a Technical Account Manager. Frank former CEO of OctoCon GmbH, Manager YAVEON GmbH and Board member of Directions EMEA. Frank started his career as a passionate NAV developer. After that Frank worked as Microsoft certified Trainer, consultant and project manager. NAV and the whole BC stack are not only tools to work with, they are until today passion for Frank. Since the early beginning Frank was one of the persons who formed Directions. Frank lives with his family on the countryside in South Germany. In his free time you can find Frank often cycling, on the golf course, running or skiing.

Hailing from Ireland, Calum became part of the eOne team in early 2021. Since then he has become a specialist in working with customers to ensure they get their best foot forward with Popdock. When I was in college I started my career as a .NET developer. In the meantime, I graduated and moved to another city where I accidentally bumped into Dynamics NAV. Step by step, I was more and more in love with it. And now I am a Dynamics 365 Business Central developer with a little knowledge of .NET and JavaScript. Since we have a great community that I have been following for some time now that motivated me to start my blog mmilince.com. Kamil has more than 30 years of experience with software development and IT in general. In year 2001, after finishing university, he joined the NAV world in NAVERTICA company as NAV developer. Having wide area of knowledge in programming languages and connected areas is helping him to understand “how it works” and is giving him background for solving different tasks. Last years he is working more with GIT, Powershell and Azure DevOps. Kamil is a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) since the year 2004.

With years of experience in EDI and Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems such as AX, NAV, BC and F&SCM, Aleksander has extensive knowledge of every challenge your customers face - whether it is drop shipping, 3PL, warehousing or customer/supplier relationships. His focus is on building partner relationships in the Microsoft area in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Originally from Fargo, he relocated to Copenhagen leaving behind cold car commutes for bicycle lanes. Leading our support & services in Europe and the Middle East, Ethan works with partners and customers to deliver solutions successfully with eOne tools.

Tine Starič is a software developer at Companial, helping Partners around the world develop products of the highest quality. He has been a Dynamics NAV developer since 2015, working with end-customers, VARs, and ISVs, delivering support, implementation, localization, and product projects. He leads most developer productivity initiatives at Companial, and is constantly looking for opportunities to eliminate monotonous developer tasks by using modern tools and automation to make room for creative, fun, and high-value development.

Grzegorz (feel free to call him Greg) is a Senior BI Developer at Kearney Warsaw. He serves as a Power BI technical Team Lead for the Business Intelligence team in Poland. He has proved his lecturing and teaching skills by running Power BI community events as well as internal trainings at Kearney at all levels, ranging in audience size from 5 to 250. Greg has been leading a number of Power BI workshops aimed at experienced professionals, students as well people willing to explore the art of possible in Business Intelligence. He has experience at conveying his knowledge at various levels, ranging from beginner to expert. Greg holds a number of Microsoft Certifications including Power BI - related ones: PL-300, DA-100 and 70-778.

Marko Totovic is a Microsoft MVP for business applications. He currently works as a PTS for Customer Engagement & Power Platform at Companial as well as a freelancer for many global Dynamics partners. Eric “waldo” Wauters Eric is one of the founding partners of iFacto Business Solutions and Dynex bv. With his 21 years of technical expertise, he is an everyday inspiration to its development teams.  As development manager he continually acts upon the technical readiness of iFacto and Dynex.     Apart from that, Eric is also very active in BC community, where he tries to solve technical issues and shares his knowledge with other Dynamics enthusiasts. Surely, a lot amongst you will have read some of Eric’s posts, which he invariably signs with “waldo”. Lots of people have been using and even contributing to tools he shares for free on github. His proven track record entitled him to be awarded since 2007 as MVP (Microsoft Most Valuable Professional).

Since joining the eOne team in 2020, Madalynn has worn many hats. Starting as a sales operation intern, and having been a part of our accounting and marketing teams, she now leads Partner Development across the pond. Madalynn recently moved from Fargo, North Dakota to Copenhagen, Denmark where she handles the European and African territories.

In 2011 I started my journey in the Microsoft world with good old Navision. In the meantime, I have been working with the Sales solution for several years and try to make my life there as easy as possible when it comes to managing and deploying solutions.
