Microsoft presents: What's new in warehouse and inventory management
In this session you will learn how to allocate available stock among various demand with reservation worksheet, track status of individual demands with reservation status, and use reservation information as additional input for shipments, consumption, or picking processes. We will also dive into updates in the warehouse management area, including more flexible configuration of warehouse processes to better suit your inbound, outbound, and internal workflows; over-receipt in the inventory put-aways; troubleshooting window that helps to deal with "nothing to handle" cases for directed put-away and pick locations; upgrade basic warehouse scenarios with put-away templates, bin ranking and warehouse class.

Andrei Panko is a Product Manager on the Business Central engineering team at Microsoft Development Center Copenhagen. He started working with Business Central (back then it was Dynamics NAV) as a consultant, developer, and project manager back in 2004, and was an MVP for six consecutive years. Andrei has extensive field experience in the supply chain, and has engaged in many other aspects of the Business Central application and platform as well. His focus is on building solutions with rich business functionality and low implementation cost.
