Directions EMEA is the "Go To" place where Dynamics partners share the future. It's the preferred global community for collaborating and learning from Microsoft, MVPs, ISVs, VARs and their peers. The focus is on helping the SMB market unlock its full potential in technical, business development and strategy with ERP, CRM, and Cloud solutions, including the Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Azure.

Microsoft workshop: Power Platform
Join this workshop to experience the latest Power Platform integration features firsthand! We'll dive into building a custom agent in Copilot Studio with Generative AI, utilizing knowledge from various data sources and actions using the Business Central Power Platform connector.
Plus, you'll get hands-on with building Power Automate workflows triggered by business events, managing approvals workflows on your mobile device, exploring in-app templates, and testing new functionalities of Business Central.
Microsoft will provide 50 limited seats with preconfigured environments on a first-come, first-served basis. Don't forget to bring your laptop!

Blazej Kotelko is one of the PMs in the Microsoft Development Center Copenhagen, Denmark but he had worked previously for Microsoft in London, UK and in Poland. With experience in the SMB space, UX design, low-code platforms and partner management he is currently responsible for the success and roadmap of Dynamics 365 Business Central integration with Power Platform.

Enrico Cimitan
Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft
Enrico Cimitan joined the Microsoft family in 2017 as a software engineer. He initially worked in the Dynamics 365 Business Central application team, and later shifted to features in the client area. Since 2019, Enrico has been contributing to the data connectors and integrations between Business Central and other Microsoft products, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
