Please note that these pre-conference trainings are NOT included in your conference ticket and must be purchased separately.
Registration & welcome reception
We kindly invite you to join us for the welcome reception on Wednesday, May 15th, from 18:00 to 20:00. Stop by the registration desk to pick up your badge. The reception is the perfect occasion to catch up with old friends and meet some new while exploring the expo area with the booths of our sponsors.
Expo area
Welcome reception - Connect with old friends or new attendees and enjoy drinks & canapés. The Expo area will be open between 18:00 and 20:00.

Please ensure to collect your badge between 7:30 and 9:00 as the keynote will start promptly at 9:00.

The expo will be open between 7:30 and 18:30.

Community party | Riverside Restaurant
Community party at Riverside restaurant. Full buffet dinner including soft drinks, wine and beer. Traditional Thai dance and DJ. Outdoor seating by the river and indoor air-conditioned seating in the restaurant.
